[Source] A vibrobayonet was a an advanced version of the bayonet. It consisted of a vibroblade that attached to the barrel of a blaster rifle or other rifle, thus turning into a powerful melee weapon. A vibrobayonet detached from a rifle could be used as a vibrodagger.
