Frydan was originally a member of the Fire Lizards until he was slain by Omaroch d'Zarnagon. He and his companions were resurrected as liches in new host bodies by Kareth d'Zarnagon in 1003 AE and were tasked with protecting Xerathas d'Zarnagon. He became one of the Prophets of the Grey Cult after Xerathas rose to power. Since his resurrection, his spirit has resided in the body of a man.
