Certicus is a demon that was spawned by UnHypneegee. Certicus has some of UnHypneegee's mental features, except physically shown as well. He has tried multiple times to take over the United 'Gees Galaxy, but each time he fails due to his low physical state and unstable mind. He has the power to distort himself and seemingly break the fabrics of time and logic, however, each time he does this, he breaks himself in some way. He always manages to go back to normal, somehow, but unfortunately he is too reckless to complete certain tasks. His mortal enemy is Hypneegee because he believes he exists.
