These are the big bosses who run things around here. They're the ones who put in all the behind the scenes work like donations and more. Obviously, the owner is the one paying to keep the server going, and therefore is not the person to go to for basic information. The only reason an owner will generally reply to your requests for help is if you've got a donation issue, an account issue, or you're reporting a major bug.
