Arthur Fisher was the executive officer of the UNSC Above Reproach. He was killed when the Covenant attacked the UNSC colony of Groombridge-1830 in 2528. When a plasma torpedo struck the ship, he was flung against a wall and broke his neck, dying instantly. Bold text
