Lookout Rock is a promontory located near North Village. While not well elevated, it is enhanced by situational magic. This magic causes it to seem more elevated, providing a broader view of Xanth. In this state, it has been said that you can observe a quarter slice of Xanth. Lookout Rock is so bare that not even lichen can be found growing there.
