Kav glasch Vokrak was a Tellarite male and a reporter who began covering the Federation Council for the Tellar News Service in 2372. In 2379, Kav attended a press conference where Palais de la Concorde Press Liaison Kant Jorel announced the candidates for the special election for the President of the United Federation of Planets. Kav asked Kant to comment on the rumor that the Ontailians were considering to leaving the Federation. Kant answering him saying he has never commented on a rumor.
