The user will send a Dragon Bullet up into the atmosphere the heat will cause cause the dragon bullet to create a raging thunder cloud. The user will soon after charge a Gentle Fist: Rasengan powered with water chakra once charged the user will then lift the Rasengan up in the air where the lightning will strike it. The lightning doesn't just strike the Rasengan but the user to momentarily giving them enhanced speed allowing the user to quickly strike the the opponent. This just cause a large explosion and microscopic chakra needles will fly every where.
