Time-warp speed was a theoretical method of faster-than-light speed theorized about in the mid 21st century. (TOS novel: Strangers from the Sky) It is unclear if "time-warp speed" is intended in context of the novel to refer simply to FTL warp speed, or to travel beyond the "time barrier" as mentioned in TOS episode: "The Cage".
