Noma is a steampunk planet which was encountered by Brainiac. The natives are humanoids indistinguishable from humans, and their greatest hero and scientific mind is Victoria Viceroy. Brainiac defeated her, but she was able to record his true motives and sent it across the universe. Brainiac destroyed the planet shortly after.
