Manga Time Kirara(まんがタイムきららManga Taimu Kirara) is a Japanese seinen manga magazine published by Houbunsha which mainly serializes four-panel comic strips. The magazine is sold monthly on the ninth. The magazine was first published as a special edition of Manga Time (another magazine by the same publishing company) on May 17, 2002.
