Megan Voorhees was a girl who was attractive and also spiritually possessed by Hugh Kane. During her mother's party, she urinated profusely on the floor and was hit by a newspaper by her mother as punishment. When Fathers McFeely and Harris arrive to exorcise Hugh's spirit out of her, she was turned into a strange looking monster who vomited profusely on Harris and McFeely, who in turn did the same to her, pretended to also be possessed by Harris' mother, was humped by McFeely when he went on a sex drive, and then Hugh insulted his mother, where she was shot afterwards.
