The Invocation of Anyanka was a ritual used to summon the vengeance demon Anyanka. In the Wishverse, Rupert Giles used this to summon Anyanka in hopes of undoing Cordelia Chase's wish, which would have Buffy Summers arrive in Sunnydale in 1997, preventing the rise of the Master. As indiated by Anyanka's reaction to Giles ("Do you have any idea what I do to a man who uses that spell to summon me?") , Anyanka would've punish any male who preformed the ritual.
