Water Breathing is an Alteration spell available in The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall. It adds the Water Breathing buff to the Hero, allowing them to breath underwater for a base time of 5 ingame minutes, adding 2 extra minutes per level of the the Hero. The spell will always succeed when cast.
