Titania met Ike as an infant while working as some sort of soldier (either as a mercenary or knight). Either way, she would have to have been from 15-20 at the time, making her at least 32 if we assume she was a knight at 15 and Ike's only 17. These are both low end estimates though, and in reality, she is probably in her late 30s, early 40s. Rhys met Titania just before then at a similar age, making them approximately the same age.
