Her mother was originally in The Sims: Unleashed. Now her daughter is in The Sims 2: Pets. Right before the user starts playing the house, Tara adopts a kitten. Tara wonders if her older cats will accept it as a new part of the family. Tara may be from Pleasantview because her mother lived there in The Sims, but since she is in the lots and houses bin, the player could put her anywhere. When she is first placed in a neighborhood, Tara is 29 days from being an elder.
