The Bajoran Military Academy was the place on Bajor where members of the Bajoran Militia were trained. When Quark told Major Kira Nerys, he was taking holopictures so he could re-create Ops and design a program for customers who wanted to experience working with the station's senior staff. Kira told him, that in order to work with her, an application for the Bajoran Military Academy would be a much better choice than his program, that way, she could be sure that everybody in Ops would wear their uniforms.
