Frank Payne (June 30, 1962 - January 16, 2012) was an actor. Payne appeared in movies such as Butch Camp, Eating L.A., Galaxy Hunter, Living With Uncle Ray, Yesterday Was a Lie, the 2009 version of Jack and the Beanstalk, and Noise Matters. His best known television credentials may be Safety Geeks: SVI (as Victor Stilton) and Big News TV (which he also directed). He also appeared in episodes of The Amanda Show, Providence, The Man Show, My Wife and Kids, Boston Legal, Infinity Strategists, and A Guy Walks Into a Bar.
