Helvia Livianus is an Imperial member of the Worm Cult. She has infiltrated the Crimson Raiders, a group of pirates holed up in the Crimson Cove. She can be seen dealing with Captain Siro, an officer of the Seventh Legion that infiltrated the pirates as well.
