The 1967 Capital City 300 was a Grand National (now Nextel Cup) event held at Richmond International Raceway on September 10, 1967. Richard Petty, the eventual 1967 season champion, led 177 of the 300 laps in route to victory over Dick Hutcherson. It was Petty's sixth straight win. Stats
