The New Jedi Order was an organization created from the original New Jedi Order in 138 ABY, after the defeat of Darth Krayt. It went on to protect the Third Republic, a government formed from the Galactic Federation Triumvirate during Darth Krayt's holdouts. It took part in the Second Hyperspace War against the Galactic Imperium, but was defeated. Only a quarter of the Jedi survived the conflict.
