The Supreme Councillor is another new rank in the Sangheili Confederacy. Similar to the Commander-General, the Supreme Councillor is the ruler of the entire goverment, and its defence branches. There is also, only two at a time. Currently, the only notable Supreme Councillors are Zerma 'Madav and Stel 'Vadam.
