William "Bill" Levine was a Manticoran citizen and an enlisted soldier of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps. In 1900 PD, he held the rank of Corporal and was assigned to the Third Platoon aboard the light cruiser HMS Fearless. He brought the message to Lieutenant Commander Alistair McKeon that Commander Honor Harrington had been given command of Fearless and was to arrive in a few minutes. Later, in the Basilisk System, Levine fought against the natives when they attacked the Manticoran government compound on the planet Medusa. (HH1)
