The RG921QM features a basswood body with quilted maple top, dual DiMarzio IBZ humbucking pickups, a Wizard Premium neck and a fixed bridge. This model is known as the RG921QMF in the USA. A similar model with a ziricote top, the RG921WZC, was introduced in 2016. A version without the exotic top, the RG921, was also produced.
