During a project investigating a drop in the output of the Lukari sun, Teendaa suggested to Administrator Kuumaarke that they ask the Ferengi Alliance for assistance. Kuumaarke remarked in her personal journal that it was likely the Ferengi would make the Lukari pay through the nose for information of questionable provenance.
