The White Hand is a ritual that can only be built by the Illians. It is the second of the Illian winter rituals; it is available at Philosophy. When this ritual is completed, three Priests of Winter - under control of the Illians - will appear where the White Hand was built. The White Hand has a construction cost of 400 Image:Production.gif.
