Yalpor Waar was a male Quarren shopkeeper who operated To the Teeth weapon shop in the shadowport of Point Nadir. He was one of the most successful merchants there, and was extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of weapons. Waar wore the loose-fitting robes of a Quarren mercenary, and had several weapons stashed on his person. He had a gruff voice and was missing one of his facial tentacles.
