Vesperia is a residential island owned by SL property developer Raziel Vesperia. The island is actually four adjacent sims, Vesperia 1, 2, 3 and 4, terraformed into one cohesive landmass. The island is centred around an inactive volcano, into which a Pompeii-themed community centre has been counter-sunk. Vesperia is zoned residential, with strictly enforced building codes to keep the island to theme. Builds can rise no more than 30m high, no more than 10m into the coastal waters, and must be beach or tropical themed.
