An enviromental NGO hired Diamond Dogs to look after animals. They were originally supposed to pick up the animals directly from Diamond Dogs, but they ultimately had to delay picking them up, which necessitated the PF to develop a separate, unconnected strut to hold the animals until they were ready for transfer.
