Young Woman was a member of the same mysterious group that delivered random briefcases across D.C. Having realized that Timothy McGee wasn't who he appeared to be and upon seeing John Kirby, she responded by tasering McGee, knocking him to the floor before fleeing from NCIS Special Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs and Anthony DiNozzo and Mossad Officer Ziva David which caused the two NCIS Agents and Mossad Officer to give chase. However and despite their efforts, the three later saw her fleeing on a scooter and as such, she was never seen again.
