Nurse Debra was a member of the DHARMA Initiative during the 1970's, and worked as a nurse within the DHARMA barrack's infirmary. After a young Benjamin Linus had been brought to the infirmary after being critically wounded, Debra assisted Juliet in the operation on and treatment of Ben's gunshot wound. After Kate arrived to check on Ben's status, Debra informed Juliet that Kate was a willing blood donor with the universal blood type. (Whatever Happened, Happened)
