There are over 400 species in the genus Mimosa. If you're referring to Mimosa tenuiflora, wikipedia describes its flowers as being "fragrant". While I have not smelled it myself nor did I find any convenient descriptions of the smell, its scent does appear to be marketed so one would probably describe it as smelling good.
