Kenta Tarou (健太タロウ, Tarō Kenta) is a young Shinigami who, through methods unknown, has fused himself with his zanpakutō. Following this he became a member of Minamoto "Hikaru" Kazuhira's crew on-board The Serenity. He is the son of Jessica Tarou through adoption.
