A member of Newport's finest who is watching the front door of the NPD station. Unlike most of the police officers April Ryan runs into, this cop is quite friendly - because he's actually a method actor studying for a role in Mad Cop 2. He's due to play the Mad Cop's friend, the Slightly-Pissed-Off Cop. The Actor Cop is, fittingly, a flamboyant character who addresses April as 'princess', and inadvertently points the way for her to get into the police station by telling her that only prisoners and garbage are getting in today. The Actor Cop is voiced by Roger Raines.
