The Cloud Hatchet is the primary weapon of Gem and Gemma when morphed as Ranger Operator Series Gold and Ranger Operator Series Silver, respectively. It is activated with the command "Cloud Hatchet, on!" and turning the on/off knob next to the switches. It would presumably not need to be activated for non-powered cutting attacks.
