Setesh Vu Noi was a Sith Apprentice born a twin with his sister Sokara Vu Noi. His parents are the two Sith Darth Apparatus and Moira Vu Noi. He had a close relationship with his twin sister, almost as if both of them knew what was going on in the other's mind.
