His Majesty Klemens, Sultan of Al'Badara, Archduke of Hulstria, Prince of Tirgith (b. January 24th, 2997) is consort of Latifah I of the United Badaran Emirates. The third child and second son of Leopold I of Hulstria and Princess Anna Svatý-Poděbrad of Deltaria, Klemens also holds the title of Archduke of Hulstria. Klemens is the younger brother to Godric III of Hulstria.
