Olympiya Collins is the Leader if the Federal Party of Kirlawa. At age 30, she is the youngest to ever hold that position and is the first African American to hold the position. At 19, she and some of her friends from college started a compsny called ACI Inc. which Collins was CEO of for 9 years. She was then tapped by Congressman Mark Warner for the VP position.
