Jason C. Kennedy took over for his father's presidency in the Barmenian election of 2943 and remained president until decisively defeated in August 2946 to Bob B. Baker. After the assassination of Baker, Kennedy was elected President in the special election of December 2946 and continued as President until November 2951. In November of 2951, Kennedy was sworn in as Queen Rebeca's Regent and continued to serve in this capacity until the special election of August 2952.
