The Organization -13 is the organization of the 2nd universe. their master plan is to trullly exist like organization xiii but they also want to destroy everything. they take poeple's hearts to mkae their kingdom hearts instead of heartless hearts. (they think its more effective) If they beat Sora, Dagin, and all of the connections they share like Roxas or Ventus then all is lost.
