He is considered to be one of the most wanted men in the world, second to that of Monkey D. Dragon. He has teamed up with Hersoma, with an unknown objective. Originally Mutira was one of the most famous Revolutionaries, just as much as Nova Blade, Static Dyson and Phoenix Redfox. However Mutira had defect because of a few reasons, one being that he wished to become Dragon's second in command and Dragon forbid him to do so.
