Valek Stellan was a male Human who served the Galactic Empire as an Imperial Navy trooper before being transferred to the Imperial Security Bureau. He initially enlisted in the Imperial Navy and became a hand-to-hand combat specialist, serving as a corporal aboard the Carrack-class light cruiser Goliath. Stationed on the surface of Nam Chorios with other crewmen, an investigation by Stellan during that time revealed that they commanding general was passing information to the local resistance. For his investigative skills, the governor of the planet transferred Stellan to the ISB. He took part in several operations after that, and in 4 ABY, was assigned to the second Death Star, becoming a captain. Stellan perished aboard the station when it was destroyed during the Battle of Endor.
