The unnamed Than Pilot was the pilot of a Brilliant Carapace Class that was crippled and dead in space when attacked by the Orca Pride Pulse Plasma Cannon. She was brought aboard with Bucky cables onto the Andromeda Ascendant, where she was treated by Trance Gemini in her medical bay. Rev Bem acted as her interpreter. She was returned to her people when her fleet arrived to attack the Orca Pride's asteroid; before she left, she expressed her thanks to Trance and Dylan Hunt. ("Double Helix")
