The Hebridan Federation is an interstellar government formed by the Hebridians and Serrakin centuries ago when the Serrakin liberated the planet Hebridan from Goa'uld control. Though fragmented by the Ori occupation of Hebridan the government would reorganize in the aftermath of the Ori Crusade and become a founding member of the Systems Coalition.
