The remains of the Tower of Justice sit alone on a barren plain on Luna 1, geographically opposite Moonbase One. Once, it was a large, ivory-colored structure, taller than it was wide. It contained a large courtroom, an extensive legal library, several private conference rooms, Chief Justice Tyrest's living quarters, and, below ground, a holding cell for defendants awaiting trial. Now, however, it is in ruins, a mockery of Tyrest's attempt to bring neutral justice Cybertron.
