Flangers is a solider who achieved the rank of sergeant, and a Star of Valour for his efforts at the Battle of Plimes. He became entangled in the doings of the resistance to the Council of Scrutators, after being forced to fire upon a Council air-floater, by Perquisitor Fyn-Mah. Feeling a need to atone for his crime, Flangers attempted to sacrifice himself for his allies during Scrutator Fusshte's attempt to retake Nennifer, though he subsequently survived this. Flangers would continue to serve during the Lyrinx War as an ally of Scrutator Xervish Flydd.
