The Academy Grill is a restaurant in Elysian Park near the Los Angeles Police Academy. The Grill's menu offers sandwiches named after past police chiefs and famous cops, both real and fictional, including the Bratton Burger and the Joe Friday. In late 2012, detective Harry Bosch and his daughter Madeline visited the Grill after using the Academy scenario simulator.
