Black Chakra Lightning (黒チャクラ雷電, Kuro chakura Kaminari) is a unique technique developed by Zero-Tails. This technique mold his dark chakra with yang energy at a 7:3 ratio. This mixture causes the dark chakra to appear as black lightning which continues to arc off of itself. In it's initial form the energy can be used like a normal attack and is capable of doing great damage. By manipulating the energy and adding yin energy into it, he is able to form many different and unique jutsu. Due to the nature of the energy, one it come in contact with foreign energy. It will seek it out and attempt to corrupt it.
