Tamsin Wade is a recurring character introduced in season 5, portrayed by Monique Gabriela Curnen. She is an agent who works in the gang division of the CBI and leads a police tactical team. While she expects unquestioning obedience from her subordinates she is unwilling to reciprocate by trusting their judgement. When Kimball Cho asks her to release Summer Edgecombe, as she was not involved in the counterfeiting ring (Panama Red) she refuses. When Cho goes behind her back to bring in the gang leader and negotiates no charges for Summer with the D.A. she is visibly upset. When Cho attempts to apologize and says it will not happen again, she says that it definitely won't. She obviously does not want Cho on her team, similarly Cho is not prepared to work for such an autocrat.
