Robert Clendenin played the first Ice Cream Man in the Charmed episode We All Scream for Ice Cream. He is well known for quirky roles in many comedies, including Scrubs where he plays sexual deviant and competent oncologist Dr. Paul Zeltzer and small roles like in A Series of Unfourtunate Events, where he played a shop keeper, and like in Cougour Town he played a neighbour. Robert Clendenin has become a Main Character on Cougar Town.
